We all know that candy bars have been very popular at weddings. New on the scene are cookie bars, popcorn bars and pie bars. Why not go a little out of the box with a twist on an old favorite and try a fresh fruit bar. Imagine beautiful fresh in season fruits, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, melons balls, to name a few, all beautifully arranged for your guests to choose from. Martini glasses rimmed in colorful sugar, for the fruit to be placed in, set up on the bar. All of this topped off by an array of different accoutrements (creams, chocolates, sugars)to complete the treats. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
