Dinner in the President's Ballroom at the 2008 Hope BallThis past weekend we were delighted to have the chance to help out at the 2008 Hope Ball put on by the Cancer Society of Greenville County. This is the primary fundraiser for the Cancer Society of Greenville. This year’s ball was their thirteenth and took place at the Poinsett Club.
Our job was to help organize the photography that was done both before and during the event by Photography by Dennis & Yvette. We helped Dennis and Yvette take well over 100 portraits of couples attending the Donor’s Pre-Reception and a huge amount of pictures during the actual ball.
The décor was amazing as you can see by the picture. The bar area was set up as a white and purple lounge, with huge arrangements and white ottomans piled high with purple pillows. The band, Anita, out of Atlanta, was excellent and had everyone on the dance floor after a wonderful dinner.

It was quite an event and I was glad Willrich Bridal and Special Events got the opportunity to help out.
